Say No No To Acne

Are you having a hard time to stay away from acne or breakouts? Actually, I am one of those people who are suffering from this situation. Sometimes my face is so clear while sometimes I don't want to look at the mirror due to the frustration it brings. I used to go to the dermatologists but due to my laziness and especially because of the high cost of treatments, I stopped. Actually, my face did cleared but I think due to stress and hormonal changes, my pimples are now starting to appear. I don't want to depend on spa treatments so I tried searching for informations that may help me. This one from Yahoo, really helps I guess...
Forehead acne. According to Chinese medicine, the forehead is closely linked to the digestive system, while the area between the eyebrows is linked to the liver. Over-indulgence of rich foods and alcohol may cause temporary spots in this area, while frequent breakouts could indicate poor nutritional habits. To help get rid of these spots, try to maintain a healthy diet and stay hydrated. You may also wish to get tested for suspected food intolerances, which can affect both the liver and digestive system.

Congested cheeks, and spots on the chin and jaw line. While spots on the cheeks may have simple causes such as cosmetics or unclean pillowcases, this area is also thought to be linked to the lungs. Spots in this region can therefore be indicative of respiratory distress, with smokers, asthmatics and allergy sufferers being prone to breakouts or broken capillaries on the cheeks. Spots on the chin and jaw line are generally thought to be due to hormonal fluctuations and may appear on women at particular stages of their menstrual cycle. Persistent spots in this area, however, may be a symptom of a hormone imbalance or endocrine disorder such as Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, so it may be worthwhile getting your hormone levels checked if you are experiencing other symptoms such as missed periods or weight gain.
Upon reading this info, I realized that I should not hurriedly buy products but I should first check my routines because it intertwined. Actually as you read this information you will definitely think and realized that the above info is applicable and is really happening with this instances. I am glad that I had read and shared this one to all of you. Hope it helps... :)

A Haggard but Fun Day.... :)

June 25, 2012 is a very long day for me. We had a Customer Service Training and I really enjoyed it a lot. Actually, this is my first time attending the said training. It is full of activities enabled me to meet different types of people whom will later on will be my co-workers. I really enjoyed all the activities especially the first activity that we had, a group effort and a group game which our team gladly won. Anyway, I am still looking forward for tomorrow's activity. Hope our team will make a big score for us to win the over-all standing.

Oops! I forgot to say that I also witnessed the incident that happened here in SLEX wherein the LPG truck had set a big fire in the middle of the express way. I saw the big fire from afar that made me think of the driver inside that truck but all thanks to Him, no one was hurt in the said incident. I thought I'm gonna be late at that moment but I am not. I arrived haggardly at my workplace but still feels lucky that every one is safe and sound.

I am exactly where I am meant to be...

I am always requesting to our God to give me signs especially when I need to. Actually when I am not working in the hospital that I'm working now, I used to apply in different jobs not only here in the Philippines but also abroad. I am also asking for signs on whether what offer will I choose to. And now, I chose to work in the hospital where I dreamt of. I actually went to my facebook account to try one of its application til I got this result:
I think this is really a sign that I am going the path exactly where I am meant to be.. I am always looking for signs and always asking if its the right path that I'm heading, and I am very thankful that he always answers me.. I will and will always be thankful to Him.. I am just so lucky having this job and I will never regret the decision I made in choosing this path that even I will not receive such a high salary, I am always thankful that in this, I can be trained as a very competent and good nurse someday. :)

Hospital Orientation 1

I attended the Hospital Orientation this day, June 21, 2012 and learned new knowledge through the discussions rendered. The hospital orientation will take 2 days but with pay already and after that we are also required to attend the trainings that the hospital offered for us to be more competent enough in front of the clients and other co-workers. We met the CEO of the hospital. He is so cool and knows how to communicate well to the employees. As he spoke in front of us, I felt the sincerity he had delivered for us, employees and felt inspired because of that. Based on his speech, I can say that the hospital that I applied to is a pro-employee's institute unlike other companies out there. When we started to make a tour on the prestigious hospital, I was amazed on how the hospital looks like. The equipments are high-tech and the hospital is so big that I can't remember the rooms and units that the hospital have.
As of now, I am enjoying the knowledge and experiences that I'm getting here in the said hospital.

Kimmy Dora and The Temple Of Kiyeme Review

My family and I watched "Kimmy Dora And The Temple Of Kiyeme" by Eugene Domingo, Zanjoe Marudo, Dingdong Dantes with the special participation of Alodia Gosiengfiao, Kiray and Ryan Bang. Some scenes in the movie were done in the country of Korea wherein the family of Kimmy and Dora together with their father decided to pay respect on their ancestors but behind these, their father revealed that one of his daughter should marry the son of their business partner. The two disagreed with the decision of their father reason why their love life suffered from bad luck when their boyfriends got coma without any valid medical reason. They just found out that behind all these bad luck was the ex-girlfriend-turned-to-ghost of their father who committed suicide because of depression.
The story of the movie is good. There are no dull moments. My family and I kept laughing and laughing. Eugene Domingo is one of the best comedian ever here in the Philippines. Actually, Alodia Gosiengfiao is a revelation because she is an effective ghost for me, I was shocked because of her, especially her make-up, she looks like a real ghost in this movie. I got horrified.haha. I also noticed that many big stars participated in this movie like Kris Aquino, the PBB Unlimited Selected housemates, Eric Santos, Piolo Pascual, Jinggoy Estrada and many others. If I'm gonna rate this movie, I'll give it a 9. Nice story. Two thumbs up for that! :)

Low-Calorie Diet From Kenny

I just tried the Low Calorie Diet from Kenny Roger's. I was seduced by its appearance.haha. Actually I am not on a diet, I am also not that health conscious, I just want to try a different taste of foods from the usual foods I ordered.haha. So I tried this one.
It has a grilled fish and a sauteed vegetables which I really loved.

The grilled fish really tastes good together with the fried rice. This menu comes with a drink for only Php199. It is worth a try and worth the money. Apart from the taste, the food really looks elegant and above all, healthy. I recommend this food for the people who's either health conscious or just want to try tasting different foods just like me.

I'll rate this food a 10/10 and will probably try it again the next time I eat in Kenny Rogers

from Cavite...

I'm from a 3-day vacation at our house in Cavite. I just decided to go to our house before I start working as a nurse here in Muntinlupa. I had a very happy time with my relatives. I played with my nephew, Giean. I also tried wearing a raincoat which my boyfriend had lend me after accompanying me at the hair salon. That was my first time wearing that and I felt like a child again. I really enjoyed the rain, that is my favorite season. Anyway, I decided to have my hair short. Actually, I miss my relatives so much already... I want to be with them with a longer period of time but i need to go back here because my job will start on Thursday... Good luck for me for my future job..haha. I will also create a category here about my working experience. God Bless You All! :)

anti-keyloggers??

I just downloaded the Spy Shelter Personal Free Version 6.1 for anti-keyloggers. I don't know if this is ok but I just tried it because I want to secure my laptop. It gives you options to allow, deny or terminate a data that is entering the system. How I wish this will make my computer more secure together with the Avira. I just read some reviews about anti-keyloggers and this one is available for Windows 7 that's why I downloaded it. Anyway, what is keyloggers? I researched something here in the web and I don't know why I was led to this word, when I read about it, I felt alarmed maybe because I thought my laptop maybe infected because I am not the only one who's using this. Well, keylogger or keystroke logging is the action of tracking the key struck on a keyboard, typically in a covert manner so that the person using the keyboard is unaware that their actions are being monitored. In this situation, hackers, virus and malwares can easily attack your program without you knowing. Even an anti-virus cannot detect the keyloggers so if your PC doesn't have an anti-keylogger, you will never know if your infected or not. That's why I downloaded it because it's specifically designed to detect keyloggers on your computer, typically comparing all files in your computer against a database of keyloggers looking for similarities which might signal the presence of a hidden keylogger.
The Spy Shelter Personal Free Version 6.1 is for Windows 7/XP/Vista with 32-bit system. The 64-bit is only available if you purchase the premium one.

Let us all protect our PC especially our privacy with this and other anti-keyloggers and anti-virus software...

My Group 54

Hello Guys! I just wanna share a video that I created months ago. This video is for my College friends, "The Group 54". The song here in this video is "I'll Remember You" by NO SECRETS. Everytime I hear this song, it made me miss college days. The names of my groupmates with their surnames in alphabetical order are, Lalaine Walf Lista, Wisely Russel Lo, Mark Christian Lopez, Jose Lorenzo Ludovice, Jobell Luzon, Billy Jay Manabat, Albert Manahan, Irwin Manere, Federico Mangantulao, Joan Mangulabnan and Alyzza Manigbas. They are my most precious friends I met during my college days. Actually I met them when I was in 3rd year. Before that, my life during my college days were just nothing compared to high school. During my 1st and 2nd year in college, I never even enjoyed making friends because I thought I was left out. Yes, I have friends, companions and peer groups that time but few of them only made me feel at ease. Until I met my groupmates, The "Group 54". They made me realized that I am valued. Everytime we're together, its as if there's no tomorrow. We laughed even in just a simple stuffs. We shared secrets and common interests together. We ate lunch and snacks together. We enjoyed binging together. We loved each other and treated each other as brothers and sisters. Without them, maybe my life in college will never be memorable. Everytime I remember them, it makes me want to go back on the times that I am with them. I really love them so much...

Here is the video, hope you'll like it... :)

A Whole Family Bonding... :)

I can't sleep... Anyway, My family, relatives and I went to SM Dasmarinas and Robinson's Dasmarinas to buy school stuffs for my cousins and also to watch Coco Martin and Angeline Quinto's movie, "Born To Love You". I enjoyed it a lot because I honestly missed my relatives from Cavite and we are not that seeing each other often nowadays because I am busy for my application requirements. Well, I really had fun. We ate at "Mang Inasal" wherein we waited so long for us to eat because we can't find any vacant seats. Honestly, its the first time I had eaten there and sad to say I forgot to take pictures on "Mang Inasal" because at that time I am starving to death. Well, I ordered "Bangus Sisig" which is one of my favorite food.

Our little Giean
My cousin Ron-ron and Giean

We went to National Bookstore and I am so lucky coz even if I am not a student anymore, they did bought me a cute notebook. I am fond of colorful notebooks. I don't know why. There is also a Philippine Independence Stall there in SM Dasmarinas for the preparation of "Inpedendence Day" wherein you can buy different stuffs made by Filipinos. The cost of each product is more or less php100.
My Family and relatives

Anyway, as I had said earlier, we watched the movie, "Born to Love You". I really love Coco Martin. I am one of his fans, promise! The movie made me cry (I am a cry baby). Coco Martin is indeed a good actor and Angeline Quinto is a revelation. She is so funny that made us laugh out loud and she also made us cry.The story is about a man who was left by his mother and later on found out that his mother already had another husband. He soon developed a mistrust to every one but suddenly fell inlove with the character of Angeline Quinto. I cried so much because of this movie especially when Coco Martin and Angeline Quinto met an accident which led to Coco Martin's blindness. I am definitely recommend this movie to every one of you... :)

After the movie, we decided to go home and as of now even if I'm tired, my eyes are not yet sleepy... :(

An Excellent Diet Glasses From Japan

Want to lose weight but you don't know how to control your eating habits?? Many people nowadays are experiencing obesity especially those people who are living in a progressive country. Actually, I, myself can't control my diet especially if I see delicious foods around me. Yes, I am a binge eater, but I am not obese, lucky for me, my metabolism is so fast that I don't need to strict myself from eating.hahaha.

Anyway, I am here to blog about something. I just discovered or read an article about "Japan's diet glasses" at yahoo. Interesting right?? Actually, as what I saw in the picture, it is more of a goggle and not a glass. It tricks the wearer into thinking that, for example the diet cookies that you have to eat will look like larger chocolate cookies. Cool right? So the wearer will think that they already eaten a lot where in fact they aren't.

This device was developed by the researchers in university of Tokyo which uses computer wizardry and augmented reality to fool the senses of the wearer. It sends images to the computer which magnifies the size of the cookie which make it appear larger than it usually is. As of now, the researchers has no plan to commercialize their invented "Diet Glasses" but still like to investigate whether it will really help people to lose their weight.

Hmmm... I think, this invented device will be a big hit once it is release in to the public because nowadays, many people are truly conscious about their weight. Well anyway, congratulations to the researchers who invented this. They've done a great job! :)

Been Rejected

Last night, I decided to be a publisher of ads for my blog (not this blog). I decided to sign up for adBrite, I just don't wanna sign up for Google Adsense this time coz I'm afraid that google adsense will ban my account coz I heard from a lot of bloggers that Google Adsense is strict and banning accounts so I had chosen adBrite just for now as an alternative. I sign up and read their terms and conditions. My zones were activated and I was informed that I need to wait for mails that will informed me that I qualify their standards. I've waited for hours then I received the mail which only informed me that I can't access their ads for now coz my blog is not in a top level domain. At first, I asked myself, what does this "not in a top level domain" means? I just thought maybe, I am only using free services from blogspot or something. I also researched it and my thoughts are right.. I'm so sad about that. And now, i'm looking for alternatives. I am hitting on Nuffnang, but I don't know if they are open for my case. What do you think???  :(

ETUDE HOUSE's "Pure Joy Lotion"

I admit that I am one of the young adults who's trying to use different kinds of beauty products, in fact, the last time I had stepped in one of Etude House's branches in Manila, I purchased "Etude House's Pure Joy Lotion". It costs around Php300+ as far as I can remember and worth a try so when I got home, I checked the ingredients and directions of the said product. It stated there that it is harsh-chemical free, safe for sensitive skin like mine so I placed it on our refrigerator to maintain the wholeness of the product.

Here is the picture of the Etude House's Pure Joy Lotion
Later that night, after washing and toning my face, I used Etude Houses Pure joy Lotion. i placed a medium-amount of the product to cover up my whole face.

Its mixture is so soft, just like liquid base products, easy to absorb in skin and gives enough moisturization at night.

It is safe to use for all skin types even if you have oily skin because it is hypoallergenic and doesn't clog pores. I already used it for about 2 months now and the bottle is not yet empty. I think I can use the remaining for another 2 months so for me this is worth a money. It makes my face feel so smooth.

The rate of this product for me is 4/5.
If you'll ask me if I'm gonna repurchase it, well definitely...
Give it a try.
Pamper your skin... :)

HIGH SCHOOL LIFE

High School is the most memorable chapter in our life and it is best when shared with friends. But what if, you are a new comer??? Yes, we often get nervous on the idea of going to a place wherein you are surrounded with a lot of strangers that you should interact with, following a set of rules and regulations that you should do for the first time and learning new skills and knowledge that you, your only self should learn and try. These three things are difficult right?, but it is more difficult if you have to do all of these three at the same time. Is coping really really hard???! Well, this is the life of High School Freshie (freshman in other word). High School is a place where all these three should do in order for you to survive. But ah! ah! ah!, relax, coz you are not the only one, there are new people too. Just sit back, relax and stay foot. Remember, not all of them will be nice to you but give yourself a try to have new friends, interact with someone you feel comfortable to interact with because we don't know who among them will be your very next BEST FRIEND! :)

Finding new friends need you to exert more effort. You can't find new friends just by sitting in a corner and waiting for someone who can talk to you and not approaching someone because you are afraid of rejections. I also experienced that, being very vivid and too shy is the very hard thing you should need to overcome, but HELLO!!!!, no man is an island!, can you endure being a loner?! Well, not for me! So entering high school welcomes you to a lot of change that everyone of us should experience. Enough with the tantrums or whatever coz you don't have to experience these changes alone, that's why there are called "FRIENDS", for us to keep inspired and enjoyed every single high school days of our lives.

Growing up and making friends go hand in hand. As you become more mature you become a great person and you gain more friends. Long lasting friendship is not that hard to sustain but remember, TO FIND A FRIEND YOU FIRST HAVE TO BE A FRIEND. Just open your mind to changes and appreciate all the things your new friends do. Don't compare them to your friends way back in grade school, just accept all your friend's flaws and respect them for who they are. Hopefully, after four years, you will look back, reminisce the past and feel the joy of high school life not because of good grades that you earned or the awards you received the entire school year but the treasured memories that you keep in your heart with all your dear friends that you will cherish for the rest of your life.....

Children's Miracle

This is about my nephew, a 2-year old boy who is now right beside me. You know, it is so hard to take good care of a toddler. Taking good care of them needs a lot of effort. I knew it coz I've been through it all. You need to understand them the way you understand an adult one and sometimes they are more reliable than others. When I need someone to talk to, I talk to him as if he will understand the things that I'm saying. He's just looking or staring at me but deep in my heart it makes me feel good. Everytime I cry, he's crying too as if he knows what I'm going through. He is always curious, always free, that sometimes make every one feel envy. Being with him makes me feel happy maybe because he is so cute, he is so adorable, he is so funny, he is so bright but above all, I know, that he will be the one who will love and appreciate me the way I needed to be. So when you're taking good care of your son, nephew or just someone you're not related to, give them the love that they deserve coz every smile of a little child makes every one's heart soothe with joy and laughter. Make their childhood the best experience and be thankful that those little angels are not just there to make you take care of them but to make you believe that every day is a miracle..
